You can transfer them (carefully)....My bodyshop did.

Sounds like the best way of removing them.

Yeah, I'm going to have to give this a try. I still can't believe these are on every body piece and you can't order them, lol.

I think it's perfectly reasonable to assume that they would be available from Nissan with proof of ownership, I see no reason that they shouldn't be. It is what it is though I guess....
