Default Water spots...distilled vineger?

I've got what look like calcium deposits on my car, from when I washed it the other day and didn't manage to keep it wet until I could dry it properly...

Rather than bust out the wax-removing soap, claybar, polish, then wax, I'm wondering if i could use a trick I read that I could use distilled vinegar and a MF cloth, and get it to come up...and then put some QD spray on there, and call it good.

Thoughts?

Yah, but you still need to wash the car afterwards so try QD and clay first.

White vinegar trick does work though.

I'm not understanding your first statement...

After washing it and drying, I tried some quick detail spray and that didn't help a whole lot - I mean it got them to diminish a bit, but not quite...

i meant after you use white vinegar you'd still probably want to wash your car cause vinegar can stink pretty bad.

unless you're one of those british guys that smell like vinegar potato chips and dont mind it.
