I am going to take pictures of it on my car unpainted and installed and than paint matched to my PW and installed...
As far as the material, with as low as this car sits, I would not consider any fiberglass lip. I have no problems with urethane constuction. I am lowered on eibachs so I am a touch concerned with driveways n such but I dont think I wont be able to manage.

I def want to see pics of that, maybe even black out the fangs & the middle section of the lip.
