What gas guage problem?

I decided to completely fill the fuel tank this afternoon. ALL of the indicator bulbs are lit. Go figure.... no issues. I guess you just have to fill it almost all the way up to the nozzle.

FYI

huh?

Iduuno what ur talkin about lol but when I fill, the tank says full until it's at 70% then empties rather rapidly ;)

seems to only happen to me when i top it off too much, I/E once the pump stops, I like to squeeze out every drop to make sure the tank is completely COMPLETELY full, but when I stop filling when the nozzle tells me to, its fine.

A handful of members are reporting issues with their final gas light not illuminating after they "fill up". The OP is implying that they just need to put more gas in their tank, which certainly doesn't appear to be the real issue.

I haven't had any issues with the final LED not lighting up, personally.

i started using a mobil station near by and their pump for watever reason fill my G and Z all the way to the top. :) where as my other shell station pumps only get to near the top but not all the way.

I wouldnt top off if I were you guys. This is why so many cars end up with gas cap codes. The extra gas you force in also brings extra fumes. these fumes are caught by the charcoal canister. the canister may leak and you end up with a gas cap code that really isnt a gas cap issue. just a precaution you should take. you may not notice it now, but later in the future, you may develop persistent code issues.
