Just a quick question, when you close the hood, can I close it like normal? Meaning I drop it from about 6 inches from close which latches everything or is now I have to lower it then push it close?

about 3/4 way down the hood can be droped, but i prefer the push close method.

So let me clarify. You only need to cut the Rubber portion where the ball joint needs to be exposed? about an inch of it or so?

And your website says "Carbon Fiber Hood Damper" but on selection scroll down menu, it says "370z REAR DECK"(?(?(?)?)?)

thanks
