I doubt it. Just keep a lookout when you're shopping for your car, and let the dealer know that anything that noticeable will need to be fixed before you take delivery.

The pores in the plastic are molecularly different, so I'm afraid you're stuck with that deal and Lemmon Laws are weak, so, good luck.

The dim light really accentuates the difference, pretty much the same that is on my car. They were painted at two different times as previously stated. I bought my car in September, it probably is too late. But whatever, no biggie.
How much would it cost to be resprayed? |

Some of us have no issue, some minor, you major. Hope whomever resprays it gets it looking as good as "new", I definately would not have taken delivery of that!

I have a PW on order, being manufactured this Month, I wonder if Nissan has addressed this issue??
I'm more worried that its a match or reasonably close to a match, but then over time it gets worse - when your less likely to get the dealer to do anything about it. I've had several motor homes, and it is really noticeable as the unit ages. The paint matches day one but because of the different materials underneath, the paint ages differently and changes shade. Its really noticeable with white. Has anybody seen the color difference get worse with age? |
