Default Bumper grill chips?

Hey guys, I know chips on the front bumper are commonplace (I have a few), so I was thinking about getting a respray. However, I noticed that I also have some nicks on the front grill insert part. My question is, for those that have repainted, what did you do for this part of the bumper since it's not a painted part? Did you just leave it be with the chips, or did you paint this as well?

You can probably sand it down with fine sand paper then go over it with some Armor All. I tried to find the thread where someone performed this on the chin spoiler but couldn't find it. Anyway if you find the thread, the end result was really good considering it takes a bigger beating.

EDIT: here it is Scraped up Sport front chin spoiler? Easy fix

Not sure there is much you can do honestly. I haven't had a re-paint or anything, but I can't see anyone being able to touch up that section.
