Google it, lots of places sell them. NACA ducts are meant to create airflow with the least possible drag. If you are putting these on your car it would probably be with the goal of getting some flow from the front grill and through the engine bay. You want to put them around the same area where the GT-R has them for them to work correctly...

I wouldn't do it man. One of the nice things about the Z is the uninterrupted curved lines. If you look there's hardly a strait line on the body. Having these vents on the hood would look out of place and tacky. Just my opinion though.
