Can I Vert the doors??
 

I am new to this whole game and I see you guys are serious about your Zdom. But can you vert the doors "Lambo Style" and get away with it. Tell me what you guys think, GOOD, BAD, or UGLY:confused::rolleyes:

IMO, i think the Lambo-fication doors is ghetto looking....b/c you gotta open the door then lift it up....not cool....

Lambo doors are just WRONG on any car but a lambo. They add weight and they're pointless. In addition, they're modifying a serious safety feature on your car.

Don't do it. Lamborghini's depreciate every time someone does that to their car. And to serious car guys, anyone with lambo doors is a joke, no matter what else has been done to the car.

What would you think if you saw them on a Honda, Bimmer or Audi? If you think that would be what you want then maybe.

I don't think he was expecting so much flack....I think he gets the point. Lambo doors are a big no no, unless you have a lambo.

I just want to thank EVERYONE for there input including you Ninjaman.... Like I said I am new at this thing and RCZ thank you, I do get it. Lambo doors for Lambos and Nissan do for Nissan. I wouldn't have gotten just the hinge I would of had the hydraulic arms as well that keep the door up like it should be. Now that I have a good idea what people think of them I'll come to my own decision. BTW I really don't mind the flac either everyday I go to the office and I am the only person that does MY job and the only person that doesn't have a counter to help take the flack so it all falls on me when an engine doesn't start or when we aren't pressurizing correctly!!!! So thank ALL of you again!! I'll keep posting these threads to find out what's like and what's not??

I guess you can't make true lambo doors.

Lambo doors really do open upwards, like straight up.....that lambo is the cheapest one so it doesnt come with that feature....lol

^^^ Lambo is going to keep with the scissor doors. But the lambo door kits are just lame. It's not a lambo door if you have to FIRST open the door outward... Just seems like a pain in the arse if you ask me.

Be different and do reverse lambo doors or the Koenigsegg doors.

Ive seen so many kids join up and do all this crap in the dorm parking lots. The worst was when I saw a group make a club called "Silent Nite Car Club", who thought speeding around base in a posse was cool.
