Missing front spoiler

So I've had my 6mt touring with sport since Jan. I knew that the sport package came with front and rear spoiler but didn't know what it looked like on the front. Well last week I ran into a base with sport and his had an extra piece on the front. I now realize that I did not get the front spoiler at delivery. The dealership is 533 miles away. What is there I can do if anything? Is it too late for the dealer to correct this?

Call them, tell them the problem, send a photo if necessary, see if they will ship it and tell them you'll pay for that.

Call or email them although you should of realized it before you drove off, I know its kind of small but you have to pay attention to those details:shakes head:

Yeah its that rubber piece that attaches on the front. It's not all that great and it seems to get scraped up very easily.

+1

But i like it scraping because it let me knows that its hitting the chin not that actual bumper.

It came with the car, the dealer just neglected to install it. There is an Aero advantage to this part, so I'd get it if you can..

Worse case scenario if they do not come clean you can buy it for $120 and install it yourself. You have to remove the bumper though.

yah, just tell the dealer your sales guy did not explain about the front chin spoiler so didnot know wat to look for.

take a pict of your car and ask them to ship one for you. they're pretty easy to install, i think. just use screws instead of the rivits.

Gave my dealer a call left a message. No reply yet. I'll see if he calls me back.

Interesting, because mine came in my trunk. I have to install it myself with pop pivots.

My car was traded between three dealers before I picked it up. Anyone of those could have taken it out

On the later build 370Z's you don't have to take the bumper off. The holes are already pre-drilled for the aero spoiler, it comes with rivets. You just slide the side clips in the slots, the whole front spoiler will line up and just rivet it on. You can probably do it in less than 5 minutes.
