Default Sport lip OEM removal/install

How do you remove and install the OEM Sport lip? That small rubber like strip below the bumper. Mine is scraped to hell and I want to repair/replace it. Gets on my nerves! I might refinish it until I get the Nismo bumper, no sense in spending $100 for a new one!

Drill out the rivets to remove, replace with bolts when you re-install..

Well I used some sand paper and fixed my scraped up lip! Used 200, then 400, then 1000 and it looks good as new!
