thanks, but i was talking about the one that goes on the front bumper CF Fang... thought this was a CF thread for their store, but now im thinking it was only about the rear CF spoiler...

That's correct....only the rear CF was mentioned here.....unfortunately I have the EVO-R CF fang parts. I can tell you those didn't require any shaving however I have heard that in some cases some folks have needed to shave them just a tiny little bit because it wouldn't fit over the fangs due to the lower lip on the front. Hope that helps.

Are there any pics or PS's done of this on a Mag Black Z? I'm curious if CF would look good, or if it would be so subtle that people would just laugh at you for putting a 'black' part on a 'black' car?

Mostly because of paint, plus the fact that it is OEM Nissan so that will always carry a premium.
