Easy fix. Take a needle and barely pierce the film... then push it down. it is where there was some water underneath that dried out and did not lay down.

Easy fix. Take a needle and barely pierce the film... then push it down. it is where there was some water underneath that dried out and did not lay down. They are air bubbles... and you have no worry about the film having problems. I have been installing film for 7 years and this is a common issue, and simple one to correct.
