I am not sure about them either. But I need to see them on the road a bunch first before I can give a sure answer, but mostly no.

Cool, can I get them in red and have them go from left to right? and I want a watch that I can use to talk to my car.... I would say those lights are a fail.

Only diodes the car needs there are laser diodes...
