Spray-on liquid glass is about to revolutionize almost everything

That article doesn't specifically reference car paint applications, but it does look like an incredible potential to simply throw away all waxes and polymers and simply spray this stuff on your car. Every so often, take a hose to it.. good to go. It'll last about a year, and cost very little. You won't even have to take care to mask areas off, or avoid over spray. Just blast the stuff on the entire car... inside and out.

The trick will be.. getting it.

interesting, i don't think buying it will be a problem, bot how many can do we need to coat the whole car? i read that it bonds to metal and organics, but what about painted surfaces?
