Has anyone tried to power the FRONT socket (not console) hot to the battery? (im tlaking about the cigar lighter type) My undertanding is, both are off the Acc or

Has anyone tried to power the FRONT socket (not console) hot to the battery? (im tlaking about the cigar lighter type)
My undertanding is, both are off the Acc or On ignition position. Thanks

Yeah, I am pretty sure that's correct. If you are looking for battery power you'll have to wire it up.
