I have not yet confirmed it, but I believe the #16 (Yellow Wire) is the one that should have had the constant 12V power.

Using this diagram, I’ll explain my findings in the numbered list below.
- Not wired.
- Not wired.

- Black wire (thin).
- Black wire (thick).
- Blue wire. Constant voltage, but only about 2 volts. Similar to #14.
- Purple wire. Accessory power (ignition “On”), with 12 volts.
- Green wire. Accessory power (ignition “On”), with 12 volts.
- Not wired.
- Not wired.
- Not wired.
- Not wired.
- Not wired.
- Pink wire. Constant voltage, but only about 2 volts.
- Not wired.
- Yellow wire.
Can anyone please help me with a properly-working OBDII port pins test results that I can compare against?
