Default New shift boot help

I am going to order a new shift boot from RedlineGoods and they offer a short shift boot which is designed to compliment those with short shifters.

All you need to do is go to our order form and choose the shift boot height adjustment to EQUAL the drop indicated by the maker of your new short shifter!
This is the part I have a question on, I have a B&M short shifter and am wondering if anyone knows how much the adjustment was so I can get an equal drop for the shift boot.

Thank you.

Hmm... there's an old DIY with the B&M on here somewhere and I think they measured the drop.

Forgot about that, but they only talk about the throw and not the height drop.
I sent out to my car and measured and it looks like about a 2" drop, might order a 1.5 just to have some give room.

I would go for 1". Mine, at the stock height and stock height boot gets a little tight at the extremes (6th and reverse)
