Anyone know of a good vacuum cleaner specifically designed for use with cleaning the cars interior. I am currently using a domestic unit and find it to be too bulky

I really don't think that someone has invented a vacuum cleaner just for cars...

i use a cheezo craftsman shopvac. small 5 gallon...added a diffuser muffler (so i dont blow excess air inside the garage), and different attachments.
the attachments costed me more than the vac itself...lol i use it as my vac and also as a blower to particially dry my car before the blot dry. |

This is what I use too...But you do have to buy the diffuser muffler and the plastic adapters Sears sells in the accessory section so that the 2" diffuser will mated to the itty bitty outlet of the vacuum....
