*UPDATE* 2/3/2010

Feb 19th: 10-12 sets of B-pillars are finished and will be shipped to Bullitt
Feb 28th: 6 sets of Front Valences will be finished and will be shipped to Bullitt
Mar. 8th: Version 1 Beta of Rear Valence and Roof Cap finished and shipped to Bullitt

Shipment will be Pending on Rear Valences and Roof Caps determining my evaluation of the product and reccomendations for perfect fitment...

Mike, please correct the first post... please remove me from front valence. I only ordered rear valence and B-Pillars. Thanks!

I had major problems with the set of Carbon Fiber that was sent. They were pitted and had rashes on top. He promised to give confirmation for the new pillars Wed night. It's now Thurs 12:40am. Nothing yet.

I have an update: I talked to John and the CF materials should be in any day now for the B-pillars. Once the materials are in place John will be getting to work. John will be emailing me tomorrow the schedule with "not to exceed" delivery dates. These will be conservative ship dates to me. I will inspect and take pictures of each serialized unit and post them accordingly to the user that will be receiving them. I will be shipping each one in accordance to the list. once these are all shipped out we will look toward the front valences. John had quoted me a 2 week turn around on the phone for additional parts in low numbers.

I urged john to take a look at everything he would need and make sure that he would be able to meet his not to exceed dates. If this works out and I have a few left over from all the parts I will be giving the extras away at my costs. i.e. I am ordering extras after the initials are completed *depending on quality and john's ability to finish these on time*.

So look out for tomorrow as we should have not to exceed dates for all the parts and I will be micro managing John during this time period and he knows that.

Missing my A Pillars, received a few updates lately...next week, next week, etc but I still have nothing.

I'm waiting for replacments on my B-Pillars that i received a month ago. My B-Pillars look like crap. I sent him an email on 1/04/10 and this was his response:

I know most of us have already paid but if someone has a set of stock B Pillars laying around I can have a set made from a CF guy I know and see how he does.

I'm glad it was only a 100 I spent. Crazy thing is I really liked John, he was great to talk to and really reactive on my PM's. Call me a fool but I'm hoping he comes out of this and turns it back around....dare to dream :)

OK, I just got off the phone with John and we discussed his delivery dates. Once I have an email confirming our discussion I will post up the dates here. Everyone will be receiving the new B-pillars and other pieces from me personally after I inspect and post pics of the ones going out. if I inspect it and it has flaws I will not send it out but if its a really small issue I will hold onto it till the end and if somebody wants it they can have it. Any issues with the clear coat get burned or shipped back. As an extra bonus to you guys I will video tape it for you ;) :tup:

Again, I will be inspecting each one of the products and taking pics of the unit and its serial number. that way I can send everyone their respective units and they know what they are getting before hand!!! Any damage after that can be taken up with shipping company and each item will be insured.

Hey, its all about helping the community and my fellow Z brothers!

John isn't a bad guy... just young and new to running a business and how to treat customers. I know its no excuse but as a business owner myself I have been talking to him trying to teach him what he did wrong and how he can fix the situation and work to regain a good standing with the community. This is all dependent on his actions and how the community is willing to receive him if at all.

I wouldn't mind him being a vendor if he follows the set of rules that I have given him to follow in regards to general business and how he deals with customers! Some of the emails that I have seen him send make me want to just :shakes head:. He has a lot to learn if it comes down to you guys not wanting him on the board I can understand that completely!!! If it does come down to you guys liking these products I will get a vendor status on here and sell only the good products I receive from him. I will do the same thing I will be doing with this thread. You know inspect/post pics and ship insured. Plus I will sell my data acquisition products and other performance products I can get a hold of at a discount. :tup:

March 8th?! holy crap WAY off from the last ship date I got from him. Oh well...:ugh2:

Bro. I just got mine through mail today. I have yet to buy a new camera to take pics. The B Pillars I would rate 8.5/10 because of minor imperfections. A small bubble on one corner, very light pit on one and weird bumps that I find very hard to describe on the surface. But overall I am very happy since this is a billion times better than the first set. I will try and get a camera soon. Been out of juice since I just recently sent my headlights to MRWorks for additional work (I changed my mind and ended up wanting the Landing strip!)

Now if I can get the Front and Rear Valence at somewhat closer to 10/10 I'd be happier :p

Hopefully everyone gets their fair share of what they paid for.

If someone lets me borrow a pair of pillars for a little while I insist I have a great CF opportunity to make these and keep them reasonable, not to mention QUICK!!!! I'll even pay the postage.

I would just use mine but I finally have my car together and would like to drive it for a while until I figure out this whole turbo thing...

I know tony has a pair he took off (2thextreme) he might send them to you.

Damn that's a mighty long list, I consider myself lucky I actually got a pretty good set except for one bubble. Haven't put them on yet though
