Difference between base and sport front bumper

Hey all, I have a 2009 Sport that I am in search of a front bumper cover.

Looking online at carparts.com there seems to be multiple variations of CAPA certified replacement bumpers (I am having the hardest time just finding a used one)

2009 Nissan 370Z - Bumper Cover - Front, 1 Piece, Primed, For Models Without Sport Package, Without Air Spoiler, CAPA Certified

and

2009 Nissan 370Z - Bumper Cover - Front, 1 Piece, Primed, For Models With Sport Package, With Air Spoiler, CAPA Certified

The issue is the Sport model bumper is "sold out" on every website I visit when it comes to the aftermarket CAPA certified versions (just trying to save a few hundred over an OEM front bumper)...

Can someone please elaborate what the difference is between the sport and non-sport front bumpers? I am asking because on the pictures at carparts.com there is no noticeable difference between the two. If there is a difference I would obviously like to keep the bumper matching with my trim level. Maybe someone has pictures?

Thanks

As you can probably tell from the name of the parts, the difference is the Air Spoiler.

That would be the black pieces at the very bottom on both sides.

They are not present on the base.

Thank you very much, that is exactly what I was looking for. I imagine the only real difference is pre-drilled holes to secure the air spoiler between the two bumpers. Awesome!

That is odd.

The air guides just screw on - pretty easy to add. The chin spoiler is riveted on.

Yeah i bought a chin spoiler about 3 years ago and it is still sitting in the box.I guess the dealership added the air guides(i bought the car when it was a couple of years old).:icon14:
