Kick Plate Bulb Change?

I did a search and can't find the answer. Can the bulb be changed in the 370 kick plate? I see where a guy is changing the bulb color but

Can the bulb be changed in the 370 kick plate? I see where a guy is changing the bulb color but I think he is soldering in a circuit board. Do I have to buy the whole kick plate?
