AT shifting knob
I looked throug hthe forums, but most hits were years old. Anyone know of a good repalcement for the oem shifter? Mine is starting to look ratty.
Would either one of these work you guys think? https://www.ebay.com/itm/373649494941 https://www.ebay.com/itm/23208986167...97.m4902.l9144 I don't need something fancy, but there seem to be the only tyhing that "matches" |
I use an M45 OE AT knob, much smaller and is a direct replacement.

Nissan has an upgraded OEM AT shift knob that looks higher end than the stock knob that's available as an accessory.

You need a knob with a button to shift out of Park.
I went with a Momo shift knob.... same as the one in this thread: http://www.the370z.com/diy-section-d...placement.html You can find it on Amazon.. but caution... some of the reviews indicate that the product is not genuine Momo. I ended up buying it from here: https://momo.com/en-us/momo-shift-kn...utomatico.html Install was easy. Good luck |

I'm a firm believer of the M45 knob. I rock it in my G.

I've been using the B2 Auto Designs shift knob in polished aluminum for a few years on my 7AT. I like the minimal look of it, the entire shifter pushes down to engage the parking mechanism.

Edit: This knob is from a 3rd Gen M. The trim ring is only applicable if you are using a shift boot, but one can probably get creative and make it work without. http://www.the370z.com/members/red-v...-trim-ring.jpg |
