You need a knob with a button to shift out of Park. I went with a Momo shift knob.... same as the one in this thread: http://www.the370z.com/diy-section-d...placement.html You can find

You need a knob with a button to shift out of Park.
I went with a Momo shift knob.... same as the one in this thread: DIY: AT Shift knob removal/replacement You can find it on Amazon.. but caution... some of the reviews indicate that the product is not genuine Momo.
