new ings z-power wing, opinions?
 

There aren't many pics of this on an actual z, and the ones that are out there only show one angle.Wondering how this would look with the amuse kit, I hate the amuse spoiler..you guys think the ings would look good?

Ings+1 - GT Wing, Wet Carbon

Looks ugly & doesn't flow with the lines of the 370z. You may be getting a new spoiler, but your gonna lose $1700 & be called a ricer for sure.

If you posted up this wing on s2ki, they'd be all over it.

Looks ok to me, not sure it should go over that lip spoiler but have to see it in person. I do love carbon though just so pricey...

Because grown folks care what strangers call them, right. I don't think it's supposed to flow with the lines, it's a GT wing. Anyways, I think it looks pretty good. It's the same wing on the SLR Z34. You can remove the stock lip spoiler right? If so, go for it, it looks much better without the lip.

I know as far as racing goes some of the gt wings are useful, but I really think the wings/spoilers that mimic the porsche gt3 style are the best for for this car. Take a look at the nismo spoiler for crying out loud...

I like it more and more after looking at that last picture, probably look great on a black car.

I would like to see more pics of it on a Z, I myself do not prefer Lip spoilers. I like this design, and would love to see a side profile shot. And since I'm planning to get a Mag Black Z, I definately think it will look good with black. That last pic does look the best though out of the 3? I've seen...

The NISM0 spoiler isn't bad, I just don't like the support in the center, if they made one with that piece cut out, then I could work with it...

Hmm... sounds like a mod idea?

the spoiler that comes on the nismo isnt available to buy is it?
The one they offer looks different than the original nismo wing.I would love to buy the one that comes with the nismo aero package!

Just an alternative to the NISMO and INGS+1 wings.

What do you guys think about those nostril's? I've seen some posts before how it f's up the look but I have to think they would really be a benefit with a full cold air system.

Just not sure I like more holes in the front.

I do not like that wing in addition to the factory lip spoiler. It makes the car look too ricey. Case in point:

:icon18: Hey Moto, how's your Seibon CF vented hood holding up? I was going to order one until some guys told me they fade over time. I still want one, but don't know if they're right or not. :confused:

its holding up just fine. Had some pretty bad fitment issues in the beginning but I think it was a pre production hood so that may be why.

I ended up painting it and just keeping the vents exposed so no fade issues yet, granted the car really hasn't been driven as its been in pcs and in and out of shops.

Even if it fades, you can always have lightly sanded and recleared eventually.

You can buy them, but the pieces are not what is expensive. It is the extra little parts to mount/secure it to the car.

where can i purchase one? Nissan dealership?

OP: looks really good, if this is for street and occassional track use, I say go for it... if you are planning to track the car a lot, however, forged performance can hook you up with an aeromotions r2... larger air foil that is positioned just below the roofline = much more downforce

I like the design of the Ings wing, maybe if they painted over the wet carbon a little, like color match most of the wing to the car's color then leave a little of the carbon showing.? not to ricey in my opinion?
