I'm not worried about having to trim a bit of it to make it work with big exhausts. That's a price I'm more than willing to pay.

That's my car in the stock photos. I had to do some "Modifications" to get it to fit my Motodyne exhaust. There is a narrow window of which systems are supported. As rusty mentioned, the front area of the diffuser causes issues with the fit, whether it is mufflers or piping diameter. It is friendly with the cross-muffler style (Invidia/Amuse R1).
