2015 + Nismo wing
 

Does anyone know if the trim piece on the nismo wing is removable ....I would assume it is held in with clips ...don’t know what reason it would be separate piece tho.

What exactly do you mean by “trim piece “?

On top of the wing there is a maybe 3/4 inch piece that looks like it snaps on the wing itself ... I don’t know what to call it and it doesn’t seem to have a purpose

Never seen that before. You might want to post in the nismo forum.

It's removable. Held on by tape. Can't recall if there are any clips.

I need to remove it and have it painted can’t find anything where anyone else has removed it tho

I have taken it off to wrap some cf vinyl. If you're painting it the same color as the rest of the spoiler, you probably don't need to remove it.

I didn’t want to have to repaint the rest of the spoiler.. figured it would be easier to remove and paint...it has some damage by itself to be fixed nothing else
