OEM Mirror, no Homelink
 

My sister's 2020 Z has an OEM rear view mirror with a back-up camera but no Homelink. There's a 2017 mirror on fleabay that appears to be the same size with back-up camera and Homelink. Looks like a simple replacement. Any issues? Will it work or is there something else needed?

Hey, the official Nissan 370Z specific upgrade part # if you want to keep it genuine is 999Q6-Z6000.

I ordered mine brand new from this guy on ebay, it was plug and play and guaranteed compatible with our factory backup camera:

This specific part # doesn't only add Homelink, but a really NICE compass in matching orange LED lighting like you see on the high end Audis.

Edit: All those threads posted by cooltoy are outdated. When I was researching this upgrade when I brought my 2020, they changed the actual backup camera for 2019+ models; there were actually pretty significant silent changes made 2018-2019 in regards to wiring and wiring harnesses. So much so that the Homelink Mirror with RCD has a different part number:

2009-2018 Homelink Mirror Part #: 999Q6-VX300
2019+ Homelink Mirror Part #: 999Q6-Z6000
