Will I need anything else to make this work in my touring 2017 370z?

Friend said I can have it for free. I want a screen in my 370z and he said I can have it. Will I need anything else to use it?

It came from a 2014 nismo
i have a 2017 touring edition

I don't know if it will work or not but you'll probably want the wiring info (schematics, wire colors, connector pinouts, etc) in the FSM (link in my sig) if you decide to go for it.

I don't think it would be possible to have Navigation.
