Morimoto lights

I've been reading different opinions on the DRL lights on the Morimoto's. Are they bright enough in the daytime or are they dim and pretty much useless? The DRL's are

Are they bright enough in the daytime or are they dim and pretty much useless? The DRL's are one of the reasons I want these.
