Default How to Clean Dirty Gauge Lenses

Fellas, my Z is a 2010 with a little over 21,000 miles, and today as I was wiping things down, I noticed all 3 OEM gauges were filthy (from the inside/behind the lense).

Any ideas on how to clean them, I'm assuming they don't just pop out. Anyone have any experience with this?

Any sort of insight would be great! Thanks guys/gals.

I think there is a DIY on changing the color LEDs in the dash that has instructions on how to take it apart.
