Maybe it has to do with DRLs not being hooked up.

So heres a picture of what i assume is my fusebox.
When I plug in the drl fuse relay in one of the 10a slots, it constantly stays on. I turn off & lock the car, the drl's are still on. What do i do to fix it?

Fortunately it is that easy and is the one next to the battery. You just remove the battery cover and cowling and you can access the fuse box. Here is the installation manual in case you don't have it (I could never find it on Morimoto's site). Great pictures and detailed instructions make it a breeze:

It's not that one. The correct fuse box is off to the left of the battery. I've attached a picture that has the fuse box circled in green. The red circles show the fasteners you need to remove to take out the battery cover molding. Once that is out you just remove two fasteners to take out the cowl and you will now have access to the fuse box. Push in the two tabs at the top of the fuse box and slide the unit out. There are two more tabs at the bottom and the lid will come off revealing the fuses. The one you want is at the top left and is the second one down. That should solve all your problems!

If you have your lights on when you crank the car, they just turn on. If you have the lights set to auto and it’s dark enough for them to cut on when you crank the car they turn on. But if you have them set to off or if there is enough daylight for auto, they cascade.

this is incorrect, so whatever you did here, disconnect/unplug it, and set it back to the way it was..

How do you adjust the lights? Where are the adjustment screws?

The last page shows the location of the adjustment screws. 1 per headlight accessible from the engine bay.

after seeing more pix i wish either the housing or the triple shrouds were something other than just a pure black

dark chrome or gunmetal would give some offset beyond a black blob in most pix (when not activated)

Not that fuse box...it's the one next to the battery, not in front of it. If the fuse you plugged into always has 12V constant vice a switched 12V, the DRLs will always be on.

Cheers!
