Sincere Apology - 180°|Custom
First off...
Happy New Years and best of luck to you all and your loved ones, may 2010 bring everyone joy, luck and valuable lessons. I'm making this post to let everyone know why we haven't responded to any Private Messages since the last week of December. I'm also making this post to apologize to MR Works and LE for talking them down when I have my own issues to resolve. I'll be straight out and honest with you guys, take it as you see it... but my last intentions is to bad mouth my competitors to lure more business my way. I'll admit that I have gotten a little bit cocky, and made stupid assumptions, but it was all to better myself, when in the end... it made things worse. Lesson learned, and I deeply apologize because I didn't think of the outcome. You guys are probably thinking that I've only been a member on here for a few months, and only a vendor for the second month and I'm already getting into this topic, but I feel it's better I get things straight now than never. MR Works, sorry for my assumptions, and accusing you guys of offering low service to our customers. Sorry for pointing out the bad, and not giving you credit for the good. I never had competition like this, and I guess I just got a little nervous, which brought out my cocky side from all the recent overwhelming compliments I've been receiving. I wish you guys the best in your business venture, and keeping your customers satisfied (like you are now). Last several weeks have been a little difficult for me. My work shop is based out of a performance/body shop who I affiliate myself with, and recently we haven't been on good terms, I wasn't happy with the paint quality they were offering me, and they were just being stubborn assh0les because I'm trying to provide what my customers deserve. During this conflict, and my assistant John (aka Stoof) going on vacation, the last thing on my mind was getting back to private messages when phone calls were piling in, all of which resulted in a bunch of bills not being paid and services interrupted. We have came to an agreement and I'm back in the work shop under different terms, things are getting back on track and I'm getting back to everyone as quickly as I can. For the delay in response, those who tried to contact me or never got a response back from me... I will offer 20% OFF the final cost of any project an order is placed for. Again, I hope there's no hard feelings and I will not never pressure a customer to get work done by me over my competitors, it's whatever is most convenient for the customer, because in the end, what the customer wants is what the customer gets, and that's quality customer satisfaction, regardless of who they choose to give their money to. I'm new to the Z scene, but have been involved with the G35/7 scene for several years, and on top of offering my services, I also feel that I provide a lot of great ideas and advice for not only my customers, but to the community as well. As I get more accommodated with this forum, I will be posting several DIY's for those who choose not to drop every dollar into their car, and learn to do things themselves, because in the end.... there's nothing better than learning how to do something yourself and saving yourself hundreds of dollars at the same time. Happy 2010 ! Peace, Igor

I think taking the time to address things was a good move on your part.
I am a potential customer who has been watching the forum threads very closely because when I choose to go ahead and have services done on my vehicle I, like many on this forum are very particular. After your explanation I am willing to go ahead and give 180' Custom a shot with my headlights, partially because I live on the east coast and want to drive my vehicle in person and partially because I'd like to give you an opportunity to impress the hell out of me so I can post pics of your work and tell everyone how my experience with you turned out (positive or negative). Expect a PM shortly. |

Good Evening 180,
No need to apologize to us, but thank you for the nice gesture, it takes a lot to do so and I respect you for that. We were not offended at all, we really are the 2 most laid back guys you could meet, I just wanted to make sure all the facts were straight, so the community would not get the wrong impression on any company. Me and Ryan know that when we first became a vendor on this site, a lot of people doubted our work especially after your comments, but we understand that's how it is when a new company joins such multifaceted industry. Whats great with having all these companies, is the fact that new designs and ideas will be offered to the 370z community, which is what we really strive for. We aren't here to battle other companies and say who is better and why. We both have been building cars for at least ten years now, and we understand the need and desire for car enthusiasts to able to customize their car parts to their personal taste without spending an arm and a leg. We wish you the best for 2010, and thanks again. Marco MRWorks |
