Thanks for the feedback! I think I'll pull the trigger. I looked for other vents, but other than generic ones, trackspec is the only that actually makes one specifically for the 370z. Is that correct?

Racelouvers does as well. They are less aesthetic but very functional designs with different sizes to max out class limits for certain series.

Reviving an old thread.

Picked up these hood vents. Install looks straight forward. Ive never used a rivet gun before. Any pointers for a noob like me? Measure twice and cut once. Did people just cut into the templates they gave?

Lay out the templates and tape down. Use a Sharpie to trace the pattern. Remove the patterns and mask off the hood. Then happy cutting. In a couple of areas. You will be cutting through the hood frame too.

Makes me a bit nervous to cut into the hood but I will give it a go and take my time.
