The worst thing is, when I still had the warranty on the lights I wrote Jay saying I need the replacement ASAP while I had the warranty. He replied and said he's gonna do it and etc, and that's the last time I heard from him. Now im out of warranty and for over 2 month can't get a hold of them. It's the worst customer service. They deserve to go out of business. |
I actually bought the 4th break light from him awhile back and he sent me the wrong item. I messaged him and he sent me the correct one without having to pay for shipping and he never asked for the old ones back! Great service!

I never ever had a problem with him in sence of contacting him, I mean, to be honest, I did have times items are missing and stuff but he sent it out stright away. I hear horror stories for Evo-r on RX-8 CLUB as well, it makes me wonder if I am next never had an issue with jay, and I hope it stays that way |
