Nismo steering wheel not lining up

I actually have something very similar on my 14 Nismo. I took off the steering wheel to clean it and I noticed that It wasn't lined up from the factory.

I took off the steering wheel to clean it and I noticed that It wasn't lined up from the factory. I tried to line it up but had the same issue at you. I'm guessing it's a factory issue.
