Just to add on top of Jar re fluid specs. Higher dot lvl has higher boiling point but also higher water absorption.
Personally best bang for buck (performance/cost) imo is rbf 600 for both brake and clutch. If you track your car definitely look into higher dots |
JARblue awesome advice. I take the car in for an oil change soon. I will also bring dot 4 fluid and have them flash all the fluid for the new. I know should be done every so often anyway. And I try not to be too hard on my breaks but like anyone else if someone cuts you off if the lane next to you is closed off only one option, slam breaks. I've had that happen a few times. Thanks again guys!
