Just some heads up guys. I have been trading back and forth with Yatt on facebook and the issue with shipping from Thailand, he was not helpful at all and I got the impression he did not want to go through the trouble or even want the business. :shakes head:

Same here... But for the prices that I've found for shipping (~$2K+ for a hood) I can't say I blame him. At that price most will just day "I'll get back to you..." never to be heard from again. I'm trying to get some of my friends who visit Thailand on a regular basis to pick it up and bring it back for me but who knows how that'll go.

justin_boy 12-18-2018 04:29 PM

has anyone put a wing on top of it?

OptionZero 12-18-2018 04:52 PM

not on top of it, i'm not sure if thats even structurally sound
i have seen people pair it with chassis-mount wings, but thats quite the commitment

I think you're looking for options that don't exist

Here's your choices:
1) live with the OEM wing
2) pay a local shop, custom mount a gurney flap or extension
3) chassis mount
4) remove it, fill the holes, put any spoiler you want instead

If that's the look you're going for, the Varis Hyper Narrow would be your best bet. Fly1 offers something similar however I'm not sure if it comes with the pair or just the upper wing.

I literally said CUSTOM. As in, pay the shop to fabricate something
