Default DRLs fuse?

I'm working on my custom headlights, and had planned to wire a switch to the DRLs fuse, which I assumed only offers 12V when the headlights are off (so, in the day).

I checked on the fuse box next to the battery a 10A fuse named "DTRL", but after checking with a multi meter noticed they ALWAYS provide 12V, even when the car is off.

Does anyone know where the DRLs are fused to?

There may be a relay in the circuit. My first guess is that it's in the IPDM.
