License Plate Holes

I've got 4 ugly holes in my front bumper (on the black piece shown in picture - not my car) from dealerships screwing in license plates and license plate frames.

License Plate Holes

I've got 4 ugly holes in my front bumper (on the black piece shown in picture - not my car) from dealerships screwing in license plates and license plate frames.

Anyone know of a good fairly inexpensive fix? The dealership said they's have to replace the entire front bumper - not doing that.
