Not exactly. Spray water on the window. Place tint film over the window and leave about half inch on the bottom. Cut the tint film to the shape of the window. While peeling off the plastic layer, spray tint solution on the adhesive side of tint film. Pre-spray the window tint film is going on and adjust accordingly. Take a small squeegee and place the extra half inch inside of the door panel, and also to squeeze out excess solution/bubbles. Wait approx. 2 days before rolling down your windows.

Wow. Thanks for the instructions man. Any recommendations on window tint brands and where to get them?

I’ve used Gila film and never had an issue. If this will be your first time DIY tint, I would buy an extra roll. Buy plenty of tint solution.
