Evo-r Rear Diffuser Install????
 

I have looked everywhere and can't seem to find the answer. Is this diffuser supposed to be installed over the rear fog light? Meaning, once installed, you would have to remove the diffuser to remove or replace the rear fog light? Any help would be much appreciated.

Yes it is. You could try to cut the hole bigger but the design is meant to go over the fog light.
