ooh, Josh shoot me a PM or e-mail with more info please. I am about to get my front bumper repainted, maybe I'm better off holding off on that and getting your bumper installed and painted instead.

Thanks sir, appreciate it.

Does it come with a way to mount the oil cooler to the ducting? I thought I heard something about this a while back.

We put A LOT of work into this kit guys!!!

First off, we wanted to make sure that the fascia did not cost an arm and a leg just to ship. So, we have made this a three piece kit. The top corners are flanged and can either be molded in or a small body line will appear under the headlights. We will be working on extremely detailed instructions and possibly an instructional DVD on how to do the molding pat. Either way it will be very secure.

Basically if we did not design the fascia this way it would have been required to be shipped truck freight and would cost an additional 200-300 dollars to ship and even more if the part was shipped to a residence. By making these small changes we are able to ship via Fedex ground service and drastically reduce the freight costs for you guys.

The molds are being cleaned right now and will be run late this week like Josh said.

RCZ- The additional oil cooler has been developed and we will have all of the bracketry ready very soon.

If you look at the factory or STILLEN fascia, at the upper most points on either sides of the headlights, we'll have a new body line to ensure that the fascia can be shipped via FedEx instead of truck freight.

But we have a process, instructions and help for any body shop to easily mold that line away upon paint and installation, to have the clean look if desired.

Yes you'll have more info soon, and as you can see, guys will be jumping on this, and as always you'll get some good install and reviews. Internally we're very excited about the R&D that's been put into this fascia, and it's functionality..

My car goes into the bodyshop today, so hopefully, everything else will be done and it will be ready to paint immediately when the cover gets here.

I guess the problem with that is that a body shop is going to charge $200 or so to mold those in compared to the $200 or so in shipping to get the same product. Personally I'd rather see the full bumper made and not have to worry about body filler cracking later down the road from molding in those "extra" pieces.

^ Yeah, I'm not all too familiar with what it costs to mold the pieces together, but I assume its not cheap.

What if we have to remove whole bumper later on? Will it just come off as one piece?

Give us a chance to launch the product and show you everything before we get to assumptions..

I'm not talking about molding like blending in a lip spoiler..
