I'm in for more pictures, I am in the ehhh-I-dunno boat. Here is my thoughts..

I think its actually really well thought out but I think its almost 'too function' and I mean that because when all the openings are overly big and exagerrated - to me - it comes off like that front bumper on the eclipse of the FF movie. A tad to boxy.

...with that said, I think its got perfect overhang, I would love to see it with those functional fangs because that might add the 'difference' it needs but I would play around with slightly more overhang for slightly smaller openings and have the openings on the side meet with the lines of the fender in that nismo sort of way. Think Nismo meets Zele, and you got your new Stillen front bumper. Functional and sexy!

I like it.

Keep it inexpensive, as others have suggested... I love the large brake ducts, and agree that it would be helpful for you guys to offer an optional brake duct kit that integrates with this fascia... as you know, brake overheating is an issue on this car and folks could use a turn-key solution... also, please create a horizontally flat 'air damn' below so that we can add our own splitter. You might even consider getting one of Robi-spec's front splitter kits and integrating this in, with his participation of course.... or make your own and make it an option with the fascia.

Kyle and Stillen,

Thank you guys for stepping up to the plate and into making us a front bumper. I do have a few constructive critiques on the design. One of the things that drives me from the kit is the lack of body line "flow" the side scoops are very geometrical on a very rounded body. This is unpleasing to the eye to me and some others. I would like to see the center section where the crash bar is come forward and be flush with the rest of the bumper. I would also like to see the bumper a little lower or closer to the ground in regards to the side skirts. The side scoops I feel should follow the lines of the headlights and should have a smooth transition back into the bumper with less hard lines.

Best of luck and I cant wait to see the final product.

Thanks for the input Bullitt!

If you don't mind, I just want to answer some of your design input and say that they are all good ideas however some of them don't work due to functionality.

For example, that crash beam. While it's not the most ideal and in all honesty we were trying everything we could to get around it, we needed to keep that design element in place to allow access to the Gen. 3 velocity ram design. There is a cut out just below the nose of the bumper that uses the shape of the crash beam to direct airflow straight into the Gen. 3 intakes and future intake/intercooler configurations for superchargers later on.

I will definitely mention your ideas on the relationship of the scoop to the headlight though. I know what you mean however I think the blue (bondo) is just throwing off the eye as I'm pretty sure they are already parallel.

I will also mention to our designer's that the bumper might need to be a little lower since there have been more than a couple people expressing concern with this.

One thing to keep in mind too is that this car has not been lowered. As soon as we lower it that will change a lot!

I like the idea too.

There's something about the execution that is turning me off though. I think the brake vents protrude too much and are not really in harmony with the rest of the car. Like someone said, its not the most flowing of designs. It is exactly what a 370z Stillen fascia should look like; its very much like your other kits and body parts. I think more pics and I will get a better idea though.

I think there might be a little confusion. Those side scoops are designed for additional coolers such as trans or oil. The brake ducts are yet to be incorporated into this design.
