Maxima Steering Wheel on the 370z?
 

Has anyone looked at this as an OEM steering wheel upgrade? Looks like the steering controls could be retained as well as the airbag. My only concerns would be the wiring pin out, air bag connections possibly being different and the splines not being the same. Any thoughts?

Haven't heard of this before but it looks like a cool idea with a reasonable chance of plug'n'play success. Would be interested to hear if anyone has done it... otherwise you may have to pioneer it! =)

FSM will have wiring diagrams, pinouts, and much more. Link to 370Z FSM in my sig. If you can find a Maxima FSM, should make compatibility checking pretty easy.

Here is the one of the Maxima plugs and the pinout. I will have to check what other connections there are for the wheel. I think there may also be a white plug. Can anyone confirm this plug on the Z?
