Painting gloss black door handles on G41??
Got a magnetic black z and want to paint the door handles. Just curious if anyone has pics of this? I don’t want the gloss black handles to stand out from the rest of the car which isn’t as pitch black (aka super black) as magnetic/metallic black??

I've done a few projects on my magblack. Take a look at my album and there should be a couple pics of the door handles paint code matched. I had a private painter/body man do them up. He told me pulling the handles apart and reassembling them was a pain.

You may want to consider doing your door handles in carbon fiber.
There are cover kits look pretty good. Carbon on a black car adds a "texture" |

Are you talking about those CF stick-on sticker kits??? |
Redondoaveb and others have had their door handles painted and they look fabulous. There's a recent thread that covers the topic and includes pics.

Thanks for all the replies! I’m torn on color-match or carbon fiber. Definitely not going to spray paint them gloss black with clear coat like my original plan. How much (approx) is it to have a shop paint th?

Don't know about an actual shop, my private body/paint guy charged me $300 total. But I handed him my handles, they were not on the car. If you remove them, disconnect the battery first, I heard the windows will drop as a safety precaution. He did say the biggest pain was dismantling and reassembling. That's where most of the cost in labor would be. You could skip that but would always see silver underneath when you open the door.

Oh, one more option would be ordering the darker door handles from the 2018 models. Won't be magblack but, it's another option.

I ordered an extra set of handles off of ebay. There's a diy on here that shows how to disassemble them. It really isn't that difficult, just take pics before you disassemble. I then sprayed them with Duplicolor nissan gray primer, k23 brilliant silver and clearcoat. Here's the finished product.
