Gutting interior

Hey guys I'm turning this thing to a complete track vehicle and have the interior gutted and now I'm working on removing the wiring but electrical isn't really my thing

Default Gutting interior

Hey guys I'm turning this thing to a complete track vehicle and have the interior gutted and now I'm working on removing the wiring but electrical isn't really my thing how do I know what has to stay and what can be removed any help would be appreciated just need some guidance
