Are you just wanting to wrap the outside lens? I had the outside of my tail lights wrapped. They did a great job on the wrap but it just looked cheap. I had them pull the wrap and had them painted. They look factory now, so much better. On my headlights, I had the inside shroud painted, I left the lens clear.

No, wrapping inside instead of painting

Personally, if I were going to go through the trouble of opening up the lights, I'd just do it right and paint them. Or, paint the shroud(s)and leave the lens clear.

well, i want to do somethign custom and different, so paint is a bit too permanent, worst case i'll wrap it and plugin the light without sealing the cover 100% and let it run for a while

I painted my own light, its not hard. But the shroud is super delicate and I would not attempt to wrap it. If you want something different I would suggest maybe hydro dipping them, due to how delicate they are.

entirety of my lights are wrapped in carbon fiber. Been that way for two years. Have not had any problems except with the ******* halos and the vinyl peeling up in one tiny little place.
