No reason why you couldn't mount them. A little fabrication may be necessary. I used Bride Brackets to mount my Sparcos. Bottom mount Recaros would be similar..

Recaro makes a high quality seat. Be sure that the bolt pattern on the bracket is designed for the seat you want. I believe the bolt pattern can be located on the size chart on most seat manufacterers web sites, I know Sparco does. You also want to make sure it'll work with that manufacturers sliders which are usually sold separate. Here is a company that supplies brackers also:

Wedge Engineering

Wedge does not make a bracket. I was in touch with them months ago about getting this done, but no one stepped up with a donor car for a few days to do the patterning. In fact I even ordered a 350 bracket from them thinking it could be modified (it could not easily). As far as I know, Bride is the only one out with dedicated brackets at this time (figure $400/pr). If you follow my link above you can see how I adapted the Sparco bolt pattern to the bride brackets..

Not really......The way I had to mount them to the brackets lost me about 20mm of headroom (but admittedly the foam is firmer on the Sparco's). You can always space these up using Shims between the seat base and the crossrails if you need more...

I put out a call months ago for a volunteer....No one stepped up. They'll need the car for a few days, but you can probably score some brackets out of the deal..
