Brake light fail
 

My brake lights stopped working in the last few days. The tails still light up when I turn on the headlights, though. The 10A fuse in the footwell is fine, but I don't know how to check the 2 switches on the brake pedal. Any other suggestions before I take it to the dealer this week?

Buy a cheap multimeter and download the FSM (link in my sig). Check the fuse with the meter - visual checks are very unreliable. If the fuse is good and still no lights, check the switch(es) with the meter (FSM will have wiring diagrams and a lot of other useful info). If switch is good, start tracing wiring using meter.
